Stoke of the Week | Mondays

8:00 - 9:30 AM

This new clinic taught focuses on a specific stroke each week. The clinic will begin by explaining the proper technique, and then break down the mechanical movement of the swing. Next, the stroke fundamentals will be reinforced with shot-specific and live ball drills. The Stroke of the Week clinic is a great opportunity for both beginners and advanced players to learn proper techniques and expand their tennis arsenal.

 

Drill + Play | Tuesdays + Thursdays

8:00 - 9:30 AM

This clinic is for intermediate and advanced players, and features stroke development and refinement for both basic and advanced skills, through a progressive use of drills and point play competitive situations. These clinics are designed to enhance your game and are a great opportunity to build solid technique, learn new skills, meet new people and have fun.

 

Ladies' Team Practice | Wednesdays

8:00 - 9:30 AM & 9:30 - 11:00 AM

Take your game to the next level with this weekly clinic designed to improve your game, fine tune your strokes, and develop your skills and strategy. The clinic combines instruction, drills and match play, and is focused on preparation for competition.

 

Tennis Masters | Fridays

8:00 - 9:30 AM

Tennis Masters is a clinic designed for advanced players to help them to compete at a higher level. The major goals are to develop a strong set of game fundamentals, including ball control, strategy and tactics, competitiveness, positive mindset, and concentration, in a positive environment. The clinic explores the foundations of both singles and doubles, through on-court instruction and match play coaching.

 

Cardio Tennis | Fridays

Cardio tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. If you’ve never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high level tennis player, it is a great way to train for tennis.
