King/Queen of the Court | Monday + Wednesday

6:15 - 7:45AM

Looking for a way to keep improving your tennis game during the summer? Look no furhter! The Tucson J is introducing King/Queen of the Court! This program consists of timed singles games with winners moving up a court! King/Queen of the Court is open to all genders and for all ages!

Tennis Xpress | Tuesday

7:00 - 8:30PM

Tennis Xpress is a fun, interactive 6-week program for adults looking to better their tennis game. This program is designed for adults whose skill level is at a beginner’s range. Each participant will work on basic tennis techniques and tactics and will be guided on how to play competitive points.

Tennis Xpress is a supporting program of the International Tennis Federation ‘Play and Stay’ campaign.

Drill + Play | Tuesdays + Thursdays

8:00 - 9:30AM

This clinic is for intermediate and advanced players, and features stroke development and refinement for both basic and advanced skills, through a progressive use of drills and point play competitive situations. These clinics are designed to enhance your game and are a great opportunity to build solid technique, learn new skills, meet new people and have fun.

 

High Intensity Tennis Training | Fridays

8:00 - 9:30AM

HITT will be suspended for the Summer (June + July), but will return in the Fall (August)

HITT is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. If you’ve never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high level tennis player, it is a great way to train for tennis.

Tennis 105 | Sunday

8:00 - 9:30AM

Tennis 105 is a competitive Tennis Event for adults ages 18 and over. Unique format that is FAST, FURIOUS, and FUN! Registration is highly encouraged to secure a spot!

Ladies' Team Practice

8:00 - 9:30AM

Take your game to the next level with this weekly clinic designed to improve your game, fine tune your strokes, and develop your skills and strategy. The clinic combines instruction, drills and match play, and is focused on preparation for competition.
