Small Group Training

30-minute, semi-private, interactive training. This includes strength, cardio, flexibility and functional training!

Shelley Russell has been working at The J since 1995! Her passion is merging technology and fitness for the ultimate workout experience. As the only Heart Zones Internal Tester allowed to work directly with engineers, Shelley impacts the code that “Makes America Fit.” She uses this technology in her 30/30s training.



Lloyd Lewis specializes in sport-specific training, and has numerous years of experience working with young athletes. Lloyd is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Sports Conditioning Specialist, a TRX Level-1 Certified Instructor, and NFHS-Certified Track and Field Coach.

JXT is a unique, results-based, cross-training program. During the series, the JXT coaches will train all levels of participants to go past their limits through a progressive workout program. JXT provides a personal training experience in a small group setting and simulates the feel of being a member of a competitive sports team.
