Swimming meets functional, cross training exercises! CrossH2O is a new, hybrid water and land class focusing on the various principles and components of fitness, including power, strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, and agility. In this fast-paced workout, you will move from constantly varied land exercises, engaging in full-body cross training with consecutive use of dumbbell weights, kettle bells, and swimming exercises.
Gain an elevated level of self-confidence after conquering physical and psychological challenges, with social support from others and words of encouragement from the coach.
CrossH2O benefits all levels of athleticism; ranging from the novice, inexperienced athlete to the competitive athlete who seeks to take their performance abilities to the next level. Athletes must be comfortable in the water and able to swim 25 yards without a break.
