Racquet sports are a great way to improve one’s overall physical health, increasing aerobic activity. Racquet sports improve reaction times, help improve cognitive function, aid in overall coordination and balance, and are linked to reducing risk of accidental falls later in life. Since racquet sports are usually played with a partner or multiple partners, there are many social benefits to playing, too! Keep an eye out for six brand-new tennis courts, coming 2019!
