Renewal Steps
For current families enrolled in ECE and returning for the 2026-2027 school year beginning August 3, 2026. Contracts should only be submitted through Brightwheel. Renewal contracts are being accepted throughout January. Starting February 1, we will begin open enrollment and registering new families with any available spots. You will receive confirmation of your renewal within a week of submission. You will get room assignments and a request for additional documents in May.

Complete the renewal contract in Brightwheel.

If you receive Tucson J financial assistance, you must reapply online. Your financial assistance application with 2025 tax forms is due no later than April 30. This does not include Quality First Scholarships as these will be renewed in July.

Receive confirmation of your renewal within a week of submission. Email jriddle@tucsonjcc.org with any questions.

When you receive class assignments, you will need to complete additional forms by July 1. Stay tuned for communications through Brightwheel and email.
