JPlay Babysitting
JPlay allows parents and guardians to take a moment for themselves to enjoy the fitness center, pool, café, or get some work done at the J. We offer up to 2 hours of interactive childcare for kids 3 months through 10 years old, including visits to the indoor PlaySpace, gymnasium, outdoor playground, and sculpture garden. Our JPlay childcare associates strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for all children!

Policies
- No food, aside from a pre-made bottle for infants or a closed cup with water, milk, or juice for older children will be allowed in the space and MUST be labeled with the child’s name.
- The room is a shoe-free zone after the gate, so please remove shoes upon entering.
- The parent/guardian must remain on the property the entire time of the child’s stay. All children must be signed in and out. The parent/guardian’s cell phone number and the area the parent/guardian will be in the building must be provided. If a different parent/guardian will be picking up please make sure to list them as well at the time of sign-in.
- Parents will be notified and asked to return to the room if:
- The child becomes ill.
- The child is upset and not able to be calmed or comforted by staff after all options have been exhausted.
- The child becomes violent and is in danger of harming themselves or others.
- The child needs a diaper change or assistance with wiping while using the bathroom.
- Children who are sick or show signs of illness will not be accepted (at the discretion of a staff member on duty, and in line with all childcare program policies here at the Tucson J). We recognize colds, coughs, and runny noses are common occurrences. - Has an uncontrolled cough or a runny/stuffy nose that inhibits breathing.
- Has diarrhea that is evident by watery stools more than 2 times a day.
- Has vomited within the last 24 hours.
