Employer Discount Program

At the J, we approach health and wellness from a holistic perspective, grounded in the understanding that overall well-being flourishes through engagement, physical activity, and educational opportunities. We provide a wide array of offerings, ranging from expertly crafted fitness and wellness programs housed in our state-of-the-art facility, to language classes, art workshops, and community-driven events that drive cultural connection and create an environment where people of all ages + stages are welcome. As a central hub for physical, mental, and health, we look forward to welcoming you into our community.

2024 Membership Discount Guidelines

These discounts are offered to local organizations and businesses based on the following criteria:

 

To qualify a business or organization must have a minimum number of local employees (25, 50, 100, 200+).

  • 25 employees: 15% off enrollment + 10% off membership dues
  • 50 employees: 20% off enrollment + 10% off membership dues
  • 100 employees: 35% off enrollment + 15% off membership dues
  • 200+ employees: 50% off enrollment + 15% off membership dues

Obligations of business/organization to join Employer Discount Program:

  • Share flyer/PDF with employees a minimum of two times per calendar year
  • Include in employee benefits listing information
  • Maintain a minimum of 10% of total employee head count enrolled in Tucson J membership for employers with less than 100 employees. For employers with 100+ employees must maintain a minimum of 20 active member units
  • Share Tucson J information via e-newsletter/social media a minimum of 3 times per calendar year
  • Maintain a good contact with HR/Benefits administrator or designated leadership team member of organization/business with Tucson J Sr. Director of Operations

Good Neighbors Discount Program

Obligations of organization to join Good Neighbors Discount Program

  • Share flyer/PDF with employees/families a minimum of 2 times per calendar year
  • Include in employee and enrollment benefits listing information
  • Maintain a minimum of 10% of total employee/enrollee head count active in Tucson J membership
  • Share Tucson J information via e-newsletter/social media a minimum of 3 times per calendar year
  • Maintain a good contact with HR/Benefits administrator or designated leadership team member of organization/business with Tucson J Sr. Director of Operations

First Responders + Educators Discount

  • Local Police/Fire: 50% off enrollment and 50% off membership dues
  • Active & Retired US Military: Waived enrollment and 50% off membership dues
  • Local Public-School Employees: Waived enrollment and 15% off membership dues

All employees/registered families are responsible to show proof of their employment/enrollment annually to receive the discount.

The Tucson J marketing department will provide a kit of all information and materials needed to share with employees and the community.
