Yoga for Hikers, Bikers, Runners (& Walkers too)

Biking, hiking, and running moves the body forward, which results in tightening of the hamstrings, hip flexors, quadriceps, and calves. This 3-class series will help students learn yoga poses that can help prevent injuries. You will learn techniques to improve mobility in the ankles, knees, hips, and torso which will allow you to be more efficient and pain-free during and after endurance exercises of choice. No prior yoga experience required, non-yogis and beginners are welcome.
