This course is for students who can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including discussions in different every day topics. There will be an emphasis in conversation, reading and writing strengthened and expanded by more complex verb forms, including the present subjunctive, as well as new vocabulary and grammar. Students will be able to interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers possible without too much difficulty. Introduction to the Spanish past subjunctive and more complex grammar. Course is conducted entirely in Spanish.


Six-week sessions will run:

February 28 – April 4

April 18 – May 23


The cost per six-week session is $85/J Member and $95/Guest.
