An event every week that begins at 4:00 PM on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until November 3, 2019
Youth Tri TEAM helps develop swimming, biking, and running skills. Kids learn how to build confidence, understand basic USAT rules, nutrition, and strength training while learning safe and fun habits. Each child is assigned a skill level and will work at that level for each sport and be assessed on a regular basis.
