JXT Landmine Functional Movement Training PM

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until October 24, 2022
Small group JXT Landmine Functional Movement training is for those ready to take their fitness training to the next level. Led by a former NCAA coach, these results-driven group training sessions have a team-like feel where participants support one another while reaching their individual fitness goals through progressive cross-training. Class meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-7:15pm and are capped at 8 people. All participants will have a pre and post progress assessment with Coach Roberts. Our motto for this class is: NOTHING WORTH HAVING COMES EASY!
