JXT Landmine Functional Movement Training AM

An event every week that begins at 5:30 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until October 24, 2022
Small group JXT Landmine Functional Movement is for those ready to take their fitness training to the next level. Led by a former NCAA coach, these results-driven group training sessions have a team-like feel where participants support one another while reaching their individual fitness goals through progressive cross-training. Class meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:15am and are capped at 8 people. All participants will have a pre and post progress assessment with Coach Roberts. Our motto for this class is: NOTHING WORTH HAVING COMES EASY!
