Each month, August – May, there will be an opening reception for each show in our 2023-2024 Fine Art Gallery Season. This is a time to stop by the gallery and peruse the art, chat with the artists or listen in on an artist talk, enjoy a refreshment and be in the company of other art appreciators in our community. The art reception is FREE and open to the public on Sunday, November 19, 2024 from 2pm-3:30pm.
In Celebration of Gratitude: With CASA Artists. CASA stands for Contemporary Artists of Southern Arizona, an organization of contemporary artists whose members work in a variety of media. Examples include collage, painting in water media, working in mixed media, experimenting with oil and cold wax, or creating assemblages. This show will explore questions of “how does an artist give the sense of celebration in a more contemporary style? How can an artist give the internal sense of a feeling through an external process?” Come see for yourself and experience a ‘Celebration of Gratitude’ through the contemporary artist’s eye.
