Join us for this new, fun-filled course! F.I.T. Krav Maga will have you burning calories through ?Functional Integrated Training? and is designed for those of any fitness level. Hebrew for Contact Combat, Krav Maga is a tactical self-defense system created in 1948. Krav Maga takes the best drills from various fighting systems to include: boxing, judo, wrestling, and karate.
Training is progressive and builds on the foundations learned. Our Tucson J instructor is a former Marine with extensive knowledge, experience, and instructional skill in both Krav Maga’s self-defense and fitness components. Be prepared to strengthen body, mind, and spirit as you run through multiple cardio drills.
