Dance to Heal

Every Monday, 10-11AM. A fun exploration of various forms of dance and movement with exercises to help optimize the mind and body. Celebrate your beauty, gain mobility, relief from pain, practice balance and improve memory. For all who identify as women. Experience dance and movement as both a spiritually enriching and fun practice! We play with all forms of movement and dance from gentle stretching, to dance improvisation, gentle ballet, offering dance as prayer and creating your own dances from your own authentic movement. Perfect for all bodies, including limited mobility, new dancers as well as those who have a long-standing relationship with dance and movement. Excellent for stress and anxiety.
