An event every week that begins at 9:15 AM on Wednesday, repeating until September 18, 2019
This 6-weeks series is designed for newly postpartum women who are walking through the fourth trimester and for the forever postpartum women who have never felt like they reconnected with their body after baby. During the series, you will reestablish deep diaphragmatic breathing, learn how to balance your pelvic floor muscles, and rebuild abdominal and back strength. Most importantly, we will work to discover the best version of yourself in this new phase of your life. Pre-crawling babies are welcome to join with mom.
