The J is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization who relies heavily on the support of the community to help provide the highest quality programs and services in a safe and secure environment for all people of all ages. Through community support we are able to provide more than $800,000 in scholarships each year for critical care services like early childhood education, summer camp, and special needs services, as well as provide our community with high-quality facilities and program content. Patron of the Arts
Help advance arts and culture programming at the Tucson J by becoming a member of the Patron of the Arts Society. Patron of the Arts society is a community of donors dedicated to building a foundation of philanthropic support for arts and culture programming at the J. When you partner with the J as a Patron of the Arts, you become a bridge-builder, meaning-maker, and visionary in our most innovative and creative endeavors.

PJ Library
PJ Library sends free, award-winning books that celebrate Jewish values and culture to families raising Jewish children from birth through 8 years old. PJ Our Way is the next chapter of PJ Library for kids ages 9-12. Support PJ Library in Southern AZ and help young readers cultivate a love of reading and a strong sense of Jewish identity!
Friends of the J
Throughout the J, you can see the happy faces of people positively impacted by the generous support of our community! You can also see the continued need for a Community Center that is safe and welcoming for all. Becoming a Friend of the J provides scholarships and discounts to individuals who need it most!
Stars of Giving
Members of the Stars of Giving Society are lighting the way at the J. Annual leadership gifts start at $2,500. Stars provide the funds necessary to make the J a vibrant community center for Jewish life and learning, and have the option to allocate their annual contributions to the programs and projects of their choice.

AZ Tax Credit
The Arizona Tax Credit program allows you to receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on your Arizona state income taxes when you give to The J! Arizona allows you to take three types of tax credits, including one for organizations like ours. Through this tax credit program, money you would otherwise pay in taxes will benefit your neighbors right here in Southern Arizona.
Send a Kid to Camp
Fund a scholarship to send a kid to camp and help us provide Tucson’s children with an experience they’ll never forget! Camp helps kids retain information between school years, develop important social skills, and become leaders in their communities.
Honorary Giving
Honor a loved one by making a donation to the J in their name. We offer many vehicles for honorary giving, including: tributes and memorials, b'nai mitzvah giving, legacy gifts, and endowment funds. Click the link below to learn more about honorary giving at the J.
Film Festival
Be our partner in bringing the community together through the power of film. The Tucson International Jewish Film Festival continues to be recognized as one of the longest running and highest quality Jewish film festivals in the country, and is an experience that hundreds of patrons anticipate and cherish each year.
