Our athletics leagues, clinics and lessons provide the foundation for a healthy lifestyle while teaching your child determination, resilience, and teamwork. Children get each of these benefits and more when they step onto the J gymnasium floor or get in the pool. 

Youth Sports

Basketball, football, softball and more! Children of all ages focus on teamwork, skill-building, and sportsmanship with the J’s coaching staff. As our kids grow, game strategy becomes a major objective as we introduce friendly competition.

Speed + Agility School

In the athletic world, speed is the ability to move the body fast in one direction. Agility is the ability to change direction quickly while maintaining top speed. Athletes ages 10-18 unlock their true athletic potential in this two or three day per week program. 

Sports Lessons

Kids take their game to the next level with individualized one-on-one or small group lessons from our renowned coaches.

Youth Tennis

Our youth tennis lessons and clinics are designed for kids ages 3-18. Group Training programs meet multiple times a week  for age and level-appropriate skill development sure to foster a lifelong love of tennis!

Youth Aquatics

JRays Swim School

Learning to swim puts you in the best position to be safe and have fun in the water! J-Rays Swim School offers weekly, year-round swim lessons for ages 6 months and up. 

Stingrays Swim Team

The Tucson J Swim Team is a competitive swim team for children ages 5-18. We value hard work, the pursuit of excellence, and mutual respect for teammates and competitors.
