Description: ??Goshinjitsu means self-defense techniques. In this one-hour class held on Sundays, emphasis is placed upon simple self-defense techniques that work quickly. Students will learn a variety of techniques encompassing escaping, striking and blocking, throws, grappling, joint locking, strangling, and Karate kata. Students ages 10-15 of all skill levels are welcome! ????Matsuno Ryu Goshinjitsu is taught by Sensei Neil Konigsberg, a fifth-degree black belt in the Kodenkan Yudanshakai, the oldest jujitsu organization in Arizona.
