1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup granola, 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, 1/2 cup steamed veggies + milk

Fridays

Hardboiled egg, tablespoon of hummus, small slice of pita, 1/2 cup bell pepper sticks, 1/2 cup orange + milk
