Renewal Steps

For current families enrolled in ECE and returning for the 2024-2025 school year beginning August 5, 2024. Contracts should only be submitted to ECE office administration. Renewal contracts are being accepted throughout the month of February. Starting March 1st, we will begin open enrollment and registering new families with any available spots. You will get confirmation on your renewal within a week of submission. You will get room assignments and a request for additional documents in May.

  1. Completely read Joline’s email sent on February 1st.

2. Complete the renewal for each child you will be renewing for the 2024-2025 school year.

3. Send your contract by email to Joline, or bring it in to the ECE office.

Open Enrollment Steps

For new families to our ECE please follow the following steps to be considered for the 2024-2025 school year starting August 5th:

1. Complete the 2024-2025 contract (available 3/1/24) for your child. Sign and initial were indicated. Send to Joline,

2. Complete a membership application online

    • You can set your start date to August 5 (first day of the new school
    • Include a valid payment option for charging the registration fee.

3. You will get confirmation on your submission within a week. You will get confirmation on placement or waitlist status by May.
