Children & Teens

Youth Leagues

Our youth sports leagues are all co-ed, recreational, and for Ages 4-12. Each league consists of an 8 week season and every team makes the playoffs. This program is designed to develop fundamental skills and an understanding of the game with an emphasis on sportsmanship in a safe, structured, and fun environment. Children learn proper techniques and game strategies and improve and build upon those techniques in weekly practices. All games and most practices are all on Sundays.

Players will be evaluated at the Skill Evaluation and then split into teams based on ability to ensure the fairest teams.

Cycle for Good is back! Join Laura Swenson and music with DJ Thoolan for a special 2 hour Spin ride to benefit The J Taglit Program.

Spinning wheels will complement spinning dreidels as the fourth annual Movement-wide stationary bike event called Cycle for Good takes off on Sunday, December 22, 2019. Thanks to staggered start times, many participants in Cycle for Good will ride indoor bikes at the same time in Jewish Community Centers across North America. Each JCC will ride and raise money for a charity of their choice.

Reserve your bike now for 8am, 9am or both for a suggested donation of $18!
