Members can enjoy the free use of our six Classic Clay tennis courts as a benefit of membership. For a fee, we also offer tennis classes for all skill levels. Because of the mild winter temperatures in Tucson, we offer classes all year round.
Chuck Reisig
Director of Tennis, USPTA Pro 1
With more than 20 years of teaching experience, Chuck sets the standard for other pros through his commitment to the tennis teaching profession and continuing education. His coaching philosophy puts the athlete first and winning second. Chuck believes that court success comes form the incorporation of all the sport sciences including sports medicine, biomechanics, motor learning, sports psychology, nutrition and sports physiology.
He has been the director of tennis at the JCC since 1997. Prior to that he had been the head pro at La Paloma Country Club, Ventana Country Club and was an assistant coach for the University of Arizona men’s Tennis Team. He received his BSBA from the University of Arizona in 1987.

Moez Ali, Tennis Professional
Moez Ali hails from Kenya and has many years of experience at both the competitive and instructional level. He competed in ITF Junior Tournaments in Africa for Kenya’s National Junior Team, and also played at the U.S. college level from 1999 – 2003, graduating from Martin College in Nashville, Tennessee, where he was Senior Instructor at Vanderbilt University’s Nike Tennis Camps directed by Grand Slam and Olympic Champion Ken Flach.
Moez also has diverse coaching experience for private lessons and group sessions for different skill levels and age groups, and enjoys sharing the fun of tennis with anyone who steps onto the court!

All Camps run from 9am - noon
This Camp provides an opportunity for players of all skill levels to improve their game with professional instruction. Campers will work on all shots of the game, singles and doubles play, strategy, scoring, good sportsmanship and conditioning. An optional swim break is included.

We have both Racquetball and Squash Courts available to our members daily. There is no additional fee as this is included with membership. We also have six Classic Clay Tennis Courts available at our Sarver Tennis Complex. Lessons and leagues are available with our tennis professionals.
