Please read before joining the JCC:
Regular Membership price requires a minimum 12 month commitment. Flex Start requires a minimum 6 month commitment. With both Regular and Flex Start memberships, after the initial membership commitment, the membership renews on a month to month basis until a 30 day advance written notice is received by the JCC; thereafter, the membership will be cancelled on the last day of the month following the month during which the 30 day notice is given. With Flex Start the monthly rate drops to the regular rate in month 7 of membership. Former members who reactivate their memberships will be charged a $49 Reinstatement Fee instead of paying an additional $125 Enrollment Fee. Membership is not transferable or refundable, and is a privilege which may be revoked at any time by the President/CEO or the Board of Directors. Any unused prepaid membership fees will be returned on a prorated basis upon revocation of membership. Fees: There will be a $35 Repair and Replacement fee on your membership anniversary each year that goes toward replacing equipment, carpet, etc. The Tucson Jewish Community Center is open to the entire community. We are committed to providing an environment where all are welcome. I, the undersigned, hereby make application for membership to the Tucson Jewish Community Center. I agree to abide by its rules and by-laws. Participation in any JCC activity and use of recreational and workout facilities involves a risk of accidental injury despite all safety precautions. Therefore, all Tucson JCC facilities including, without limitation, the saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, weight equipment, pools and all sports facilities are used at your own risk. Parents and/or guardians will assume all risks (injury or illness) to your children and family members that may occur during participation in any activities or use of facilities at the JCC. By signing this form, you acknowledge that you are aware of the potential risks of participating in activities and/or programs at the JCC and agree to in no way hold the management, agents, or employees of the JCC liable for any injury or illness that you or other family members may sustain.
